Will recommend this place. nice peaceful location with a view.

Location was good if you’re looking to walk to camp john hay. very spacious rooms. unlimited water.

Amenities were not always open to guest. reservation is needed.

An ok modern notel on a good quiet location.

Location -quiet but close to town Modern parking space availability Staff are helpful Coffee is good!

Elevator is very busy when there’s event Cupons for breakfast??? It’s supposed to be ‘modern’ Swimming pool under renovation which is disappoting Aircon wasn’t properly working but there was a fan provided

Very Good

The hotel was in a great place, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, polite and swift. Room was very spacious, and had everything u would need in a room. Duty manager was very helpful and is such a nice guy, had just transferred from holiday Inn.

The steak restaurant wasn't open, the igloo bar wasn't open. The swimming pool was closed and half the menu at the Japanese restaurant wasn't available was also the same at the cafe. We chose the hotel on the these basis so was extremely disappointed on arrival. We also chose the hotel as they had a smoking area, which was great until we checked out and was told there was no smoking available and yet by email clearly stated that there was and we had been using it for 3 days. However the duty manager was very accommodating and escorted me down to have a smoke.

Functional and clean hotel

Breakfast was abundant but very local. Not destined for an international crowd. Mostly rice, dried fish and meat. However, omelettes were very good. An offer of more fruits and yoghurts would be appreciated.

Rooms are a little worn out, could be cleaner. We stayed two nights and the rooms were not made up during our stay, strange booking system to go to the pool. Bar on the roof not open. Remotes in both rooms did not work as the remote batteries were old. A little more care would make this hotel better. More of a 3 star property and not a 4 star. Pictures on Booking.com reflect a newer, cleaner property.

On the way from Manila to Banaue

Very nice location on the heights of Baguio, it is very quiet. Room are spacious with balcony overlooking the city. Staff very helpful. Good international and local choices in the restaurant. Covered parking available.

The hotel location is not crowded. All the staff are accommodating, courteous, and very attentive to the needs of the guests.

Our room is located in front of the street. We can hear the noise of the vehicles passing by.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Plaza Lodge. Highly recommend it

Good breakfast. A little garlicky on the fried rice but its just me. Someone who likes garlic rice would love it. Staff are very accommodating and nice too. They did my special requests very early in the morning. Excellent customer service. Good location. Not too far from center. I did not have trouble going anywhere. Quiet place. Nice pine tree views from the balcony. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Would book again next time in Baguio

Exceptional

Very nice and accomodating staff! Everyone was hands on from reception, restuarant, guard to housekeeping! They were very clean even if there are days we forgot to put the make up room sign. Food was good especially the free adobo pandesal they gave us one morning. Fresh from the oven! The area is quiet and a bit far from the busy session/ burnham which is good for relaxation. Basement parking was still under construction since they just opened but appreciate that it is one of the few hotels in Baguio with adequate parking space for their customers which is hard to find in the city. Will surely come back with my family next time!

Overall, this is a new hotel with awesome staff.

Love how comfortable the bed, sheets, and linens. The chair is also comfortable. The place is clean and the staffs are so nice and wonderful.

Limited choices of breakfast. Booking.com says that the hotel offers buffet breakfast but that was not actually what they offer. They only served single choice of breakfast. Though I understand that maybe because there’s a pandemic that’s why they do not offer buffet. Chairs and tables at the balcony will do better so guests can enjoy coffee while having that nice view and cool breeze. The leveling of tiles at the shower area does not have enough slope so the water will not overflow from the shower area to the sink area.

Great property, better staff.

The accessibility of the property was what we liked first when we passed by and decided to book a room. And more than anything else, their staff were great, very courteous and accommodating. It may have just opened but I believe with the people they got, they’re going to be great.

Basement parking is a little hard to access.
